Salt and drought stress are important abiotic factors that negatively affect plant growth yield. To understand how these metabolism at the cellular level, we analyzed cation concentrations expression of extracellular proteins, as well their functions types. Cells industrially halophyte sugar beet were exposed to 300 mM NaCl 600 mannitol stressors in modified Gamborg B5 liquid medium (PG0). Severe altered intracellular most measured cations.
